How to Get a flat stomach in a Week

Easy tips and guidelines to lose weight and get a flat stomach within a week.

It's that time of the year again. Yes, you guessed it right. It's Holiday Season. Get ready for the billion invites you'll be receiving to meet all those people you haven't had the chance to meet all year. Oh, but it's also the time you've been so indulged into eating holiday goodies that you've completely forgotten about a healthy lifestyle. What's that we see, popping out from the darkness? An intoned belly? *gasp*

Have no fear, this is why we're here! Tone that lump, before it grows into a pile. If you follow our tips, you could put off that stomach lump in a week - just in time for the weekend and the gatherings.

There are 4 main ways that you can work towards achieving your goal:
1. Drink it off
2. Work that Bod!
3. Illusions of your destination
4. Eat it to Beat it!


1. Drink it off




The best and easiest way to lose weight is to get rid of any excess water weight in our body. Drink as much as water as you can in a day. This will help get rid of any unwanted bloating, and also stop the retention of any water in the body. To add some taste to the water, you can add slices of citrus fruits or cucumber and mint leaves giving it a much more refreshing touch.

Another way to keep yourself away from Carbonated and unhealthy soft drinks is through keeping ourselves distracted by replacing them with Smoothies. Mix up any fruits or vegetables that are lying around in the kitchen and blend them up to make a healthy smoothie.

Make sure you stay away from Alcohol and also any drinks prepared from artificial sweetener.


2. Work that Bod!

It's always necessary to exercise in some way or the other to speed up the process of losing weight. Whether you carry on with doing Yoga, Taking a normal walk or quick run. 

Try pushing up the Cardio practices if you have 

the time. Nothing beats aerobic exercise in the 

fight against belly fat. A study by the Duke 

University discovered that aerobic exercise was

 the most effective way to burn deep belly fat. 


3. Illusions of your destination


To make yourself feel thinner and healthier, its important that you believe you look so. You must look in the mirror and tell yourself that you have lost weight and you will continue to doing so. This will have a positive impact on your self esteem and motivation to work harder.

You must improve your posture. Standing up straight and tall, makes you look much thinner. It is important that you stand in a way 

that your pelvis is comfortable and descending

 with the belt line diagonal forward and your 

backside at an angle to the back and at the back of you. Extend the back of the neck by imagining that a string is tied to it and that you are gently lifting the crown on your head.
Wear clothing that makes you look thinner, too. It is also okay to wear shape-wear, 

4. Eat it to Beat it!


Now it's time for the news you've all been waiting for - the good news! The more you eat, the more weight you'll lose. That doesn't mean you make your proportions bigger, rather eating more often in a day but tinier proportions. 
Try to reduce the intake of High-fiber foods. Fight back against gas-producing foods. Instead, eat foods that are rich in potassium. Such as, fruits.
