These healthy foods and herbs which act like antibiotics, yet are healthy. They can do all the work of antibiotics, without wearing away our immune system.
Antibiotics may seem to be effective once in a while, however the reality about these medicines is that they in fact damage our immune systems by weakening them to an extent. This makes it more difficult for us to fight back diseases or illnesses that we face in the future.
What could be better news than knowing that there are natural antibiotics available to us, that can get rid of these infections without causing any harm.

1. Garlic:
Garlic can be considered to be a staple food, which is normally found in the kitchen and is also easily available in the market. It has a pungent taste to it, but adds great taste when added to food. 3. Cabbage:
Cabbages, being members of the family of Cruciferous - including broccoli, and kale - is known to be a very effective cancer fighter. Cabbages also tend to provide us with loads of Vitamin C, which is known by very few people in the world. Just a cup of cabbage juice can provide 75% of the daily Vitamin C you need.

6. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Olive oil is a yummy and easy way to add anti-biotics to our food in the form of delicious salad dressing or to add to food to cook and bake in healthy ways.
