Here are some of the health benefits of Ginger:

Relieves Nausea:

In addition to helping relive the symptoms of Nausea, a common stomach bug or the flu. Ginger can be used to fight against minor illnesses like nausea and vomiting from Chemotherapy. It also prevents morning sickness during pregnancy.

Arthritis:

  • Studies of People with Arthritis have showed that ginger helps to relieve inflammation and pain, without any side effects which any anti-inflammatory drugs might have.
    Ginger is effective for treating Arthritis conditions such as joint inflammations and pains because it contains the following properties:

Ginger can improve digestion as well as relieve discomfort from digestive issues. It helps neutralize acids and stimulate secretions of digestive juices to improve digestion.

Ginger also inhibits the clumping together of platelets in the blood, even more effectively than Onion or Garlic.

Ginger has been used for thousands of years to treat symptoms of cold and flu especially when added with raw honey and lemon juice.
A warm cup pf ginger tea can help to heal the body better than over the counter medication. Ginger tea is safe and easy to prepare and good to have on hand for long.
